About Robin Spaulding
Robin Spaulding is a mediator and Restorative Justice facilitator and trainer.
She began her career as a Forester with the State of Colorado and the City of Colorado Springs where she specialized in urban forestry and created the Urban Tree Symposium. She has a diverse background including starting Cascading Connections, Inc., a professional conference planning business. She planned the Pikes Peak Restorative Justice Symposium in 2009 and 2010 as well as other professional conferences.
Robin holds a Professional Mediator status with the the Mediation Association of Colorado (theMAC), is listed with Mediate.com. She mediates in a variety of areas including workplace, neighborhood, business, school, divorce, auto and real estate in Colorado Springs, the Pikes Peak region and throughout the State. She also mediates for the BBB and El Paso County-Small Claims Court. Robin is the chairperson of the Dispute Resolution Advisory Board for the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado.
Robin is a Restorative Justice Facilitator and trains community members, schools and persons interested in becoming RJ Facilitators. She works through the Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs Courts and for various schools in the Pikes Peak region. She co-authored the RJ class for Mediators Without Borders and is on the board of the Pikes Peak Restorative Justice Council. She is also involved with the Restorative Mediation Project.
